Our Chef, Jürgen Hermann, and his kitchen brigade look forward daily to cooking fresh, healthy and creative dishes for you. Wonderful fresh fish – steamed, fried or deep-fried – trout and, according to availability, fish from the lake of Thoune are served for you. Wiener Schnitzel, medaillons of pork, calves liver and lamb specialities are planned for those who fancy meat dishes.

Of course we also serve vegetarian dishes and small portions for people with little appetite.

Apart from our specialities, Ice Coffee and Ice Chocolate Neuhaus, you can find a large selection of tempting desserts on our list.

From Monday to Friday we serve an inexpensive business lunch in addition to our à la carte dishes. Menus of the week complete our selection.

Every Friday evening from May to September we spoil you with our well-known Neuhaus buffet.
